As you will see, many art pieces are art therapy works and art that springs from art therapy.

only human and show that humanity daily.
A woman with no toes who still dreams of being a ballerina. I'm an amputee with Lupus.
I am now confident in my creative power.
I am not good with change in daily activities.
I am soulful, emotional, empathetic, thin skinned.

My favorite word is hope.
I love the feel of paper and I love the music made as the brush glides across it.
I am disorganized in my small efficiency apartment.
I enjoy making and using rubber stamps.
I like vintage and antique thread.

I love

Moss and bark.
Snails, fish and frogs.
Green Jell-O.
I love to explore. to experiment.
I like girly things.
I love ice cream
I collect tea from around the world.

I laugh when

The dogs at Petco hike their leg on my wheelchair.
When my elderly cat plays like a kitten.
At my best friend's witt.
I always smile at children and baby animals.
When my sister is clumsy.
At my friend's dad jokes.
My heart smiles when I write to elderly people in nursing homes.

I don't like

the city.
Yellow or red paint on my hands.
To be alone.
Noise from a TV or radio while attempting to hold a conversation.
Controversy for the point of controversy.
An indecisive person.
To feel helpless when people suffer.
